Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Australia: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Fluffy Fussion is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your order before it is shipped.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
Customs and Import Duties

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
